Returns & Refunds

At The Seven Nine, we want you to be delighted with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, simply contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to arrange this, subject to availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take every care to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. In the rare case that an item is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will resolve this promptly.
